SPX price is not updating due to a Cboe data feed issue

Cboe is experiencing a systems issue which is preventing the SPX underlying price to properly update at Whispertrades. This is an issue with Cboe's systems and must be resolved by Cboe.

Our bots can only read the last known price for SPX. Options quotes continue to update. Without and accurate underlying price, options greeks (delta) are inaccurate, and any bot entries or exits based on distance from underlying may not be accurate.

Tradier is experiencing order processing errors

Tradier orders are not able to submit or cancel at this time. This is a problem within the Tradier platform, not Whispertrades, but Whispertrades bots are unable to submit or cancel orders with Tradier at this time.

Degraded

Intermittent errors causing some bot commands to fail

Schwab servers are responding with a very high rate of timeout and throttle errors that are sometimes exceeding the error rate that our bots can reliably handle.

This is causing excessive bot error logs in user accounts and can also cause orders or monitored stops to fail.

Monitor your brokerage account for any inconsistencies between bots and Schwab.
